The Gozitan entrepreneur from Nadur rose from humble beginnings thanks to his ability to see opportunities where nobody saw them. Joseph broke into real estate development after he acquired a modest piece of property, turned it into a thriving business, and flipped it for a profit. But instead of repeating the same formula, Joseph started adding more variables to it: experimenting with new business models, taking unprecedented risks, and surrounding himself with experts who could help him build a winning portfolio.

Stephen began his career in the retail industry before moving on to real estate mostly involved in sales. As a Founding Member and Director of CF Estates he has led the sales team of the group for the past years by knowing the product, market and customers to make one of the most important decisions, in their lives, buying a new home or a future investment. During the last years he has been involved in several property development projects related to the development of both commercial and residential units in Malta. Steve is also the Director responsible for Casafini, CF Estates’ furniture and tiles showroom.

Clifton, considered to be one of the pioneers in the local construction scene, is the Director leading the Operations and Property Development Divisions within CF Estates. He has inherited his passion for property from his father, who also worked within the construction industry. Thanks to his excellent eye for detail, he ensures that construction projects and finishes are completed with the highest quality standard while using innovative and modern techniques. Apart from a passion for construction excellence, he is also a technology and cars enthusiast. He is typically easy to find at the Anfield Stadium proudly supporting his favourite football team, Liverpool.

Duncan is the Director leading the Hotels and Leisure Divisions within CF Estates, putting his dedication and professionalism towards property and hotel planning and design to extremely good use. He enjoys growing his knowledge and interest within the property and hotel industry. He is also President of the Malta Motorsport Federation and holds the record of being the fastest drag racer in Europe. Prior to starting his venture with CF Estates, he was also one of the largest local mobile and electronics distributor. Duncan is a passionate collector of classic as well as sports cars.

Frank is the Director heading CF Estate’s company’s financing operations through his strong and systematic approach. Being the number guru within the Directors’ team, he aims to ensure a healthy bank account for all the CF Estates subsidiaries. Apart from his passion for numbers, Frank loves good food and is an avid whisky collector, he also enjoys travelling the world, particularly if it involves seats at Old Trafford Stadium to support his favourite football team Manchester United. Prior to starting off the venture with CF Estates, he was also one of the largest local mobile and electronics distributers.
